# Troika Tech

> Troika Tech Services Pvt Ltd runs fully managed AI Calling for Indian businesses. An AI voice agent, trained on the customer's own pitch and questions, makes and answers business calls in nine languages, qualifies interest, and transfers hot conversations to a human while the call is still live. The service is managed rather than self-serve: Troika builds the call flow with the customer, tests it on real calls, and runs the campaign. Billing is per second of conversation, so a short call costs less than a long one. Inbound calling uses a dedicated virtual number; outbound calling runs on non-DND data. Recordings, transcripts and outcomes are available for every call, and the system syncs with CRMs, WhatsApp, SMS, webhooks and Google Sheets.
